I was checking about the flight status and i am not sure whether it is going from Doha to Karachi on 2.07.2020 at (01.55am-6.35am).Can you tell me the flight is cancelled or on schedule, if the flight is cancelled then there are two options
1)Please convert my ticket from 1.07.2020 to 30.06.2020 i.e.one day before the planned ticket, because on the flight status 30.06.2020, the flight is planned till now and if it is according to schedule then i can take this, so i want to convert my booked ticket into the 30.06.2020, without paying anything etc.
2)Second thing is that if you cannot do that then there is a next flight from Qatar to Karachi on 02.07.2020 on 20.35, which means according to my booked ticket i will reach doha on 01.07.2020 on 22.35 and i will have to wait 22 hours.In this case, please provide me Visa if i required for this long stay of 22 hours by yourself and give me a hotel room or a place to stay in that case.

On the 31.10.2021 was our return flight from Frankfurt via Doha to Bangalore. On the 29.10.2021 I printed and downloaded our boarding passes. On checking in on the 31.10.2021 chaos at check in when it was our turn awe where informed that the flights from Doha to India and Bangalore in particular where overbooked due to Diwli. How can we receive our boarding passes 1 ½ day before on on checking in we wer bumped off. As shocking as it was we accepted the next available flight with Qatar Airway on the 02.11.2021. We were informed to keep all our bills for refund. My emails [email protected] on the 08.11.2021 & the 19.11.2021 as well as the emails to [email protected] same dates have been unanswered. This is lousy Customerservice and I would expect answers by return email.
