Hello I am kunal Nagar from Delhi. I got a message from qatar airways on 4th february 2020 that they are hiring for there airways so I applied for that after that they call me on 5th february 2020 and asked me that your online examination was held on 6th february 2020 for the post of Administrative assistant – security department and also they give me my id and password for the examination. On 10 february they message me and told me that your are selected for this post and you got 51 marks in that exam and submit your photo , qualification degree , passport , and 6 month certificate course from civil aviation. So submit all my documents and 6 month certificate course costing 6000. But after that there is no response from that side . All the numbers are switched off right now

The AI-47 got delayed and its timings were changed to 10.50pm instead of 8.15pm (got delayed further for take off) and reached delhi at 1.55am ,landed at 2.04am instead of 11.20 pm.
As the delay was informed earlier i went to airindia office to rebook an early flight so that i wont have any trouble with my next flights. But the AirIndia staffs in COK airport were very confident that i wont need another flight and i can get in time with this flight itself. i asked again and again to the staffs in AirIndia offices, inside airport, at checkin, after checkin and staffs inside plane and i asked them will they help me out in catching my next plane after reaching Delhi and they were all confident and charming and they said ofcourse.
When the flight started and got further delayed to land, i asked them for assistance after landing for my connecting flight QR-579 and they said to go fast to the immigration and you will be in time.

i have experienced another flight delay situation by klm airlines, they helped me book another flight even though my connecting flights were not klm with no extra amount of money and with great service.
so please dont tell me that as the connection flights are not same or not star alliance or something like that, that nothing can be done.

As i reached the checkin counter as fast as i could with the other airport staffs being very helpful, the counter was closed and the nearby airline staff said that they just left the counter to the boarding area.
I went to the info desk and tried to contact them at the boarding area but the person handling the call said that they could not do nothing even after i said that i had checked in online(there was about an hour remaining for the flight to take off) and have only a bag at hand. After pleading to the staff for a lot of time they said they couldnt do anything of this flight but could help me get in another plane of theirs to doha at 10. They gave me a number for reference, 7961556000 and said the person would come back to the counter immediately after this flight leaves at 4 am.
The staff at info desk(he was very helpful) asked me to go to airindia counter and get a delayed certicate in the mean time which would be useful for my rebooking.
The staff in the AirIndia counter was very much arrogant and was speaking to themselves before attending to me for about 5 minutes, without being supportive at all. With my remaining patience, i told them about my situation and i got a delayed certificate. I asked if they could help me out in talking with the Qatar Airways staff. they said they wont help as my connecting flight is not a STAR alliance MEMBER.
I explained to them that i am travelling alone and that too for the first time but they were not helpful at all.And seeing that not much people over there were helpful i got emotionally broken and waited for the Qatar Airways staff to come.
I went to the info desk staff and they recognised me in my emotional state and called for qatar staff in phone but they were not available it seems.
I waited again for another hour or so and then a lady working in Qatar Airways comes,Chanchal or so.
She doesnt even look at me and asks to follow her fast and asks my ticket details, walks to another far offf counter enters some of my details and gives my ticket details to the staff sitting there and she walks past me. i start to follow her again when she says to stay there and sign in a book. i do that and see that she is long gone and the person sitting at the desk strikes my ticket and writes down OFFLOADED. I ask him what happened just now. he said that she basically cancelled my ticket to doha with no response about my other connecting flight or what i am supposed to do next.
The person at the counter said to go and ask the airIndia staff outside the airport entrance as basically i was shut out of the airport and i couldnt go in again as i had no tickets from delhi airport.
I went to the AirIndia desk outside and they said the number given to me was a phone number which i was supposed to call after 10 am then they would tell me what to do. And i was supposed to wait there again for hours with no help.
And being an Indian residing in Germany, i had only my german number and no wifi.
How was i supposed to do any of these, i had no idea and therefore i sat outside for sometime and walked and saw an Akbar Travels office.
Thereafter i booked another flight as soon as possible from there using my card as the place was killing me and booked entirely different airlines as these airlines services were JUST TOO GOOD.
I was supposed to reach Berlin the next day to be with my husband for celebrating our wedding anniversary, to be with him in Amsterdam.
All in all i had my worst time of my life.
I now ask of you, what is the next step, what sort of compensation am i supposed to get for my lost time,money, patience, and for literally making me cry at the airport all alone.
