i arrived QR 251 yesterday May2 from Australia. My three bags did not arrive. I went to Lost Luggage who said QATAR would deliver them tomorrow(today). Bag Tag Nos. QF916536, QF916547, 45DOED/SEQ NR 106/0 157 357636. My driver just called me to say only one bag has arrived and that I have to go personally to the airport?

I am hoping to check on multiple dogs as baggage when I fly from Tbilisi, Georgia to Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. These dogs are coming from a local shelter and being flown to a rescue group in the USA. How many dogs am I allowed to check as baggage (I will be the only person flying).
Also, it looks like we first arrive in the USA in Chicago. Would I need to get the dogs and go through security with them before boarding the American Airlines (Envoy Air) flight to Minneapolis?
Also, would I be paying twice for each dog- one fee for Qatar Airlines and an additional fee for American Airlines since we will need to take both airlines to reach Minneapolis?

Ticket number:1574717203524 refer to Ahmet Efe Ozdemir(My son).We were Georgia-Lusaka passengers.We are living in Zambia.We are refugees in Zambia and we have legal refugee passports which have been issued by Zambia.We went to Georgia by Qatar airways .But When we came back the airport from Georgia to Lusaka.We were not alloved to board the plane by Qatar airline.We became aggrived by Qatar airline at night.Qatar airways’ Dispacher in Tiblis told us that they could not reimburse tickets. If I bought tickets in Tblisi they could pay back because We were not allowed to get on the plane by Qatar airways.My wife, my little son and me, we were aggrivement at the airport at 3 hours at night.Then after because of my family I had to buy tickets by Emirates airway. Now we are in Zambia and I am demanding from Qatar airways to pay back not only my money bu also my family’s aggrivement. If not possible please inform me as soon as possible .I will enter a lawsuit against Qatar airways
We will be travelling to Colombo, Sri Lanka from Tbilisi on the 12th of March. Do we need to have PCRs done before we leave. Sri Lankan government has taken off this requirement now. Kindly let us know. Thanks
