I was looking for the Qatar office at Thiruvanthapuram but the office doesnt exist any more. I waste a lot of time going there and looking around until i got the information the office is closed now. I feel very bad because i think you need to give this important information. One of the reason i am travelling with Qatar from about 15 years is the kindness of office ladies who helped me in different situations and especially to get award tickets.Online i cannot get award upgrade or tickets. Everytime i try there is no chance.
