    I will NEVER fly with RJ again! Trying to get a hold of someone after my luggage was lost has been virtually impossible and I will be posting it EVERYWHERE! Your customer service is HORRIBLE and this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.

    My luggage did not arrive in MS 876 Oct 12. The phone number to call was an automated number and they said they only receive calls Monday to Thursday. I am left stranded without my luggage. They have not contacted me yet and I have to travel back k and forth the airport in Amman to the dead sea
