I tried to contact LAX Saudia airlines lost baggage office regarding lost luggage. All phone numbers and web sights aren’t working. I also called customer service in Jeddah and Jordan, they are rude and unhelpful. They don’t want to talk to you. Bad service and I don’t no whom to contact to seek help…

not bale to contact the number provided ie 1310 484 1246 regarding the baggage which was not arrived on 02 Dec on your flight SV 41 from jeddah to lax. Kindly help when I will receive a call regarding my baggage
We reached LAX on December 1st, 2019 (Flight SV 41). Saudia Airline rep let us know (after waiting on the baggage claim area for about 30 mins!!!) at the LAX airport that they could not load our baggage due to rain in Jeddah!!!! They could not announce it while we were inside the flight for 17 hours!!! Great customer care. The rep asked us to provide details to deliver the bags at our USA address. We all did as told and provided the details including our phone number, USA address, bag details, list of 3 random items inside the bag, etc. Still waiting to receive any message or the bags after 6 days!! We keep calling the numbers provided by the LAX airport rep, none of the numbers are working. I am stranded without any clothes and no way to recover the docs for my interview on Monday. All my docs and clothes for the interview are in the bag. Please do not punish your customers just because they chose your airline. Have some decency to call and let us know what happened to our bag and when will we get it? Future passengers, please do a favor to yourself and avoid this airline at all costs.
