Dear Sir,
I am an old customer of Saudia since 1983 .
On Dec the 21 st I sent I did agree to send my shipment because the Saudia Cargo employee told me that it will arrive from Riyadh to Tunis with the same plane I am traveling On Dec the 22nd 2017 invoice number : 06513433840
But my big concern is up to this date January 15 ,2018 the cargo didn t arrive to Tunis .
Now there will be no one to get it from the Airport because there is the customs issue and only me or my wife who are living abroad are able to get the shipment from the airport or all the 14 boxes will be lost.
I did return to Riyadh on January the 6th 2018 and I am now very disturbed and frustrated since I don t know where is my shipment .
No one is able to tell me where it is .
As I did explain on both of my claims preliminary and formal there is no one able to receive the shipment except me or my wife since there are customs procedures which insist on the shipper ID and the receivers as well.

Please note that at this stage I coudn t cancel my flight back to Riyadh .
I returned back to Riyadh on January 6th.
Now I have to order another exit re entry visa from Saudi and book another return plane ticket from Riyadh get my shipment from Tunis Carthage Airport fly to Tunis and return back to Riyadh again .
A lot of extra expenses due to this delay caused by your company .
Would you kindly please let me know :
First :where is my shipment now and when it will arrive to Tunis ?
2. Second : what are the procedures to be followed so Saudia Cargo will reimburse me with all the extra expenses and damages caused by the Cargo delay ?
