Hi Krishna,
There is no checked or cabin baggage allowance for infants at 10% fare; however one fully collapsible pushchair per child is carried free of charge and does not need to be pre-booked. Additional infant equipment (maximum 10kg.) such as car/booster seats and travel costs may be carried. I have problem with my luggage. On February 26, 2020, I flew from Mumbai to Algeria via Jeddah.
Flight number # SV773 26.02.2020 MUMBAI CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI INTL – 2 – JEDDAH KINGABDULAZIZ INTL – S.

Upon arrival in Algeria, I found that my luggage had not arrived. I immediately went to the lost baggage department and filled out the form (Property Irrecularity Report ) File reference number ALGSV 12613. Until August 2020, no one called me and informed me about the status of my luggage. In August 2020, I flew to Dubai and from there I called the airline’s office. There I was told to fill out a form on the airline’s website and provide all the necessary documents (tickets, passport, receipts for clothes that were in my suitcase). After that, they called me from the Saudia airline office and said that they had approved the payment and also need to wait approval from Istanbul office. But until now, no one else called me. I tried many times to call the phone numbers listed on the Saudi airline’s website, but no one responded. I also corresponded on Whatsapp. But they always answered me with promises.
I just want to understand when this problem will is over?!
Are chocolates allowed in Saudi Arabian Airlines as hand carry luggage?
