Flight Number SV41 heading from Jeddah (JED) to Los Angeles (LAX) on 12/02/2019 had all passenger’s luggage delayed. They didn’t onboard the luggage from Jeddah. I have 4 luggage and 2 small water boxes. Now all my items are missing. The airline made us sign a form, however they never provided us with a claim number. I called the number they provided to all passengers but that number never answers and voicemail is full. the website gave me a claim number “LAXSV12146 ” but it says there are no information on my bags. I have medication which i need to use that doctor provided. I don’t know who to call or what to do in order to get a response from the airline. I’m beyond frustrated at this moment. There was a simple change in dates from Nov 29, th 2022 to Dec 10th, 2022, Representative booked flight as September 10, 2022, and made tickets and issued them, now fighting with the airline that it was their representative mistake totally. and never asked to book sept. 10th, she is still insisting after charging my credit card for the tickets as 1300 US$. waiting for their team to figure out who had the right ask?
I booked a ticket from LAX TO JED STOP IN JED THEN TO KWI, RETURN TICKET THE PRICE WAS $1170, AND GOOD PRICE ON 9 OCTOBER, THEN I TRIED TWO DAYS TO PAY THE TICKET, YOUR WEBSITE, NOT WORKING, THEN AMMAN OFFICE THEY SAID IF THE RESERVATION CANCEL WILL R NEISTED THE RESERVATION, TO HAVE THE SAME PRICE, OF COURSE, I CALLED, AND THEY SAID WE CANNOT DO THAT, AND YES WE HAVE PROBLEM IN THE PAYMENT ISSUES.
