Can some one reach back to me to reschedule my ticket
Singapore Airlines customer service has reached an all time low. Its extremely bad. So bad I cannot even put it in words.
Cannot reach them by phone, chat or email, they are all the time in queue saying they are helping others, what rubbish.
I am so fed up, I so badly want to speak to the staff about a query I have and nada. So many attempts to reah them, all in vain. So fed up. Next time I will rethink about booking via this airline as their customer service is awful when you need to query them about things related to your trip. This is a disaster waiting to happen and I’m very nervous now about travelling.
