Tried calling the SQ KLIA office today Saturday at 2030hrs a couple of times but did not get answer. I wanted to enquire about whether if I already had a ticket from Singapore to Rome I could check in my luggage through to Rome if I bought a ticket now from KLIA to Singapore. I am very disappointed to say the least.
