just phone 131011 – the customer service was hopeless..
my flight SQ 242 was departing tonight from Sydney to Singapore at 7.10pm
and she asked me to try via Website to change seat at 8am!!!!
Why is Singapore Airline Website keeps falling off the track.. i’ve tried to book
my flight.. website failed.. Phoned in to book a ticket.. lucky thing i’ve managed
to check-in in the middle of the night.. website was working phew!!! BUT seat allocated
wasn’t what i’ve requested.. Anyway would appreciate to get a Charlie seat.. 45C or 53C
would be fantastic.. which i’ve indicated upon my Booking via phone call..

I have been trying to cancel Singapore Stopover Holiday since last night – 04/03/2020 but it does not allow me. ‘Cancel SSH Booking’ link does not work. I have already called 131011 3 times since yesterday, no one answers the phone and put me on hold music for more than 30 minutes

I want to change an existing booking Syd- London Return in March due to COVID restrictions in Singapore.
I have been trying to speak with a Singapore Airlines agent on the line for the past four days. I hang on for a very very long time and still have not been able to get through.
I am a Kris flyer member and am incredibly disappointed with the service I am getting from what was an efficient airline whose communication was easy and precise.
At the moment I cannot get through anywhere . I have to speak with someone because the manage my booking online is not allowing me to manually change my existing booking online.

Unable to change booking online and could not do so via 13 10 11, put on hold for 2 hours. I am a Gold Elite member, really disappointed with SQ, don’t use Covid as an excuse for poor services.

Very bad customer service, big cheater i booked with Singapore airline online but when i booked they said it operates by scoot very cheap airlines please no one book online with flight center they are big layer.
