I would like Singapore Airlines to reconsider and help accrue miles for my 2 children for travel Sin -YYZ on May 2018
I have raised my issue /concern with the SQ team to consider accruval of miles but they repeated only give the same standard response.
I hope on a goodwill basis and me being a Krisflyer member for so many years ,my 2 childrens miles would be graciously accrud for the previous travel.
I appreciate a positive response from SQ team regarding this matter.
