I don’t see the reason why you still have the contact number which is not operational on your website when a customer has to be diverted and hold on for ages, for your own information your telephone services are so pathetic, I tried calling your Harare office from Australia and I ended up giving up after I had used $20 phone credit whilst on hold, I called your Perth office and the telephone attendant was more than the word rude for no reason at all, I only wanted to check if the meet and greet that I had requested for my parents had been added. I need to know the best way to contact South African airways as I am now confused as well as concerned about my parents’ trip as I haven’t managed to find any help.

Depart Durban-to-Johannesburg-to-Harare, on Saturday, the 13th of April, 2019 at 10:30.
How much will this ticket cost? I do understand that the price will be in US Dollars as RTGS is
no longer accepted in Zimbabwe.
