This has reference to the above my wife and me traveled on 04.06.2019 from Bangkok to Ahmedabad, and we are getting the damage condition sheet in from of us. We already informed crews member regarding this no one can care and replied properly. Form front side first seat not work properly and moved back side which was difficult to us move outside, others two are damage condition and congested. No space was available from front side seat and my seat. At the time of travelling my wife health was also not in good condition, she was not move from her seat to outside for vomiting and do this on her seat in plastic bag and towel.
My journey time was 4 HRS [Approx.]. We both are travelled and pass time very bed condition. We are not satisfied with spice jet service and crew member who was not properly replied and co-operate with us. We paid whole ticket money and against this we are not realised my money value and not received proper service spice jet.
We are highly dissatisfied to see customer service by Spice Jet.
We want reply against the above and check why this type of seat u provide and why not check this all before boarding the flight.
We want proper reply and do action against the staff who was responsible, so next give the proper service.
We not realised my money value and faced the problems. We want refund of my travel ticket with panty five time for bed service
