I have booked SG 185 flight from Pune to kochi on 11.2.18 for 8 persons.By mistake I have booked Fare with hand bag luggage only.I want to convert it to checking luggage also.Pl indicate the procedure for same

I received an sms and a recorded call at 5.34pm on 11.09.2019 from your office informing me about the cancellation of our booking(PNR-X7D5MI) from Pune to Chennai on 26.10.2019 by flight SG 929.I then opted for the ‘change of flight without paying extra cost’ facility through the website mentioned in the sms.
I have not got any confirmation of this changed flight on my mobile or in my email till now so i am worried.
Secondly, one phone line 9871803333 is busy continuously(19 minutes and on and on…) and the other number 9654003333 is not responding.

Purchased tickets yesterday for self & wife for travel from PNQ to CCU on 20 Mar 2020. Did not note the pnr since the ticket automatically comes in the mail. But more than 12 hours have passed and still no sign of ticket in my mail box!! Have been trying to get in touch with reservations and customer care….one number is perpetually on a busy route and the rest of the numbers are defunct it appears. I shall wait till the end of the day before asking my CC company to stop and cancel payment!! Not happy at all by the airlines’ response.

Date 07-Dec-20:
PNR – WBN2PM, 13-Dec-20, SG 275, Pune To Bagdogra Via Kolkata, Flight cancelled by spicejet. I wanted to change my flight and hence tried the link – http://changes.spicejet.com/ which is for changing flight for cancelled/delayed flights. But the date/calendar dropdown option is grayed out and by default set at 12-Dec and unable to select any other date. Even for 12-Dec default selected date upon selecting check flight option it is showing an error message “You can change your flight for prev/next 1 day”
Then I tried contacting +91 987 180 3333, +91 965 400 3333, +91 (0)124 4983410, 18001803333 since 6-Dec-20 and not a single number is reachable even after numerous attempts. Similarly with Chat Bot option – always receiving response that “No agent is online” since last 2 day. Emailed [email protected] from my registered email id on 6-Dec-20, but didn’t receive any acknowledgement yet.
I am quite worried. Requesting you to kindly assist me in changing my flight to earliest next available day for the same flight.
Kindly enable any of your agent to contact me as soon as possible.

My flight is on 14 of apr and in pune no labs are ready rtpcr nearby what can I do.
I have booked flight ticket on 1 oct from Dubai to Pune . i received sms that flight has been rescheduled on 310ct , its 1 month delay . i want money to be refund . if there is no flight why SpiceJet taking reservation. otherwise give another option like replace the location Mumbai instead of pune. No response from customer care they are useless.
I have booked tkt from Pune to Delhi for 25th October 2021. News is Pune airport is closed for maintenance from 15th till 29th October.
I haven’t received any communication from the airlines about the change of plan.
What’s the fate? Should I book fresh tkt from other city like Mumbai? How do I claim the refund in this case.

The complaint was lodged at PUNE SPICEJET OFFICE AT THE AIRPORT and all necessary documents were signed.
However the Pune office gave me their contact number 020-6615603 ….. WHICH DOES NOT EVEN EXIST š¤šš
I made a complaint online as well as to Customer care call centre number but unfortunately I havent heard from Spicejet as yet.
I am on a very short official visit to Pune and have my onward plans….. I would request for my missing bag ASAP delivered to me.
VERY SAD AND UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE WITH SPICEJET.
CONTACT NUMBER OF PUNE SPICEJET OFFICE WAS GIVEN BY THE SPICEJET EXECUTIVE AS 020-6615603 (AND THE SAME WAS DOUBLY CONFIRMED)
HOWEVER THE NUMBER DOES NOT EVEN EXIST.
