Srilankan airlines staffs in the Tokyo are such a dump people. Despite eplaining my destination country, they are not able to tell me what are the COVID documents requirements for me to check-in. Srilankan airlines webiste also showing all outdated information which is not latest.
If they do not know the document requirements, I am wondering why the hell are they asking for required documents during check-in in the airport? Need an unbiased answer and strict action to educate your dump staffs in Japan.
