I faced bags delay last month with SunCountry. We were going to Miami my 8 years old son and I for 2 days vacation. This incident ruined our vacation since we had to go the first day for shopping to bring some clothes and necessary items, and the second day we had to go at the middle of the day, to the airport to pick up our bags. Sun country was unable to deliver them to our hotel because it was a Sunday. So the result we havent had the chance to see Miami. Plus we missed our reserved and non refundable tours. I am asking Sun Country for a compensation for that. I live abroad and planned this trip several months ago and paid a lot of money. Sun Country is ignoring all my mails. I am wondering what kind of company are you.
My name is Krista Bishop, and I flew home from Minneapolis St. Paul to Dallas Fort Worth, my flight number was SY501, and I want to file a complaint on about paying for any checked and carry on luggage, you are the only airline that charges for any luggage, No other airlines charges for at least the first two or so bags, My family and I will never fly your airline again because of the high prices you charge for the checked and or carry on luggage. My sister works for Southwest Airlines and they don’t charge for any luggage. QUIT CHARGING FOR CHECKED AND CARRY ON LUGGAGE!!!
Trying to get in contact with someone who can help find a lost bag. Bag lost on flight from Orlando to Minneapolis. Filled out Delayed form at airport. Later told that wouldn’t work and to fill out online form. Now I am told to contact the Orlando baggage dept.
