    After I made the reservation for my boss on 11/01/18 and paid the fare thru submitting the form, they stopped communicating for the request of booking confirmation and the payment receipt…
    I have contacted twice, patiently waiting, but nothing so far.
    I just sent the 3rd request to THREE Email Addresses I found to contact them.
    I sure hope they will get back to me!!

      Dear SVG AIR Customer Care
      I have been using your service for almost 3yrs since my return from the UK.
      I was totally appalled with the manner in which I have been treated by you. This is following my booking of my return journey from Grenada to Carriacou for 9 June 2023.. I booked this flight on Monday 5th June.
      On checking in at the MBIA my name was not on the flight. I later learnt that my journey was booked in reverse order, that’s coming from Carriacou to Grenada. I just needed to get home after spending 2 weeking on a business trip to Grenada, I checked out of my accommodation and having had 2 Asthma attacks within the last 3 days, not one bit of empathy or resolution with this major error on my ticket. I find this totally unacceptable and I being a Senior Citizen, I felt that someone in a Senior position should have stepped in and assisted me.
      It’s not about who’s fault it is/was, it’s about resolving the situation at hand. This is what make good Customer Service.
      Not even a courtesy call to enquire. Since the flight was fully booked, I have had to find alternative transport and having had to get to the Carenage from the airport costing $50.00 and that’s to get the Osprey Service to Carriacou. The journey took almost 2 hrs.
      Obviously I had to have my evening meal at Sails which also incurred another cost of $82.00
      I am therefore requesting that my flight, meal and travel costs be reimbursed.
