Please help – I need to talk with a customer service agent from Swiss Air because we cannot check online and our car is broken down in Verona with a flat tire.
We are flying out of Florence at 14.50 today. We have been waiting for Roadservice since 07.12 this morning.
1) can you check us in online, please? my mother, Birgit Rundsten, fell sick before the 25/7 and has not travelled with us to Italy.
