I am Nancy Munyi. I booked flight with Swiss on line. The flight reference number is M54F4R , my worry is after submitting my visa card and signing authorization form two times, money hs not been withdrawn from my account and therefore I have not received the ticket. The flight date is coming nearer, its on 17th Oct.
