I can’t get in contact with you – I have spent hours trying to change a flight, sent numerous emails, money on international calls to Thai Airways in Thailand and still I have no response. How is it possible that a company the size of Thai Airways has such an appalling level of customer service and can’t seem to do something really simple like change a flight??
I can’t contact anyone – this is a shit show. Your email and phone numbers don’t work. I can’t change a flight, something really simple that you can do online with other airlines is impossible. After spending hours on this, I am no closer to getting a resolution. This will be the last time I fly Thai Airways, because this is insane that no one can help me in a company of this size.

I had my flight back phnom penh-Paris with a Thai airways ticket from bangkok to paris and phnom penh to bangkok with Cambodia airways. the Cambodia airways refused my boarding regarding a “compliance” issue with thai airways .
The strange thing is that I was only in transit in bangkok , with all the requested valid documents for thailand (cov19) and no luggages to register.
could you provide me more details about that . I would like to avoid this to happend again . and if there is a list of compliant or non compliant companies with thai airways so that I can avoid to buy the wrong tickets on the wrong companies from Phnom penh to bangkok.
