I need to know how I can get my ticket refund due to flying from JFK- IST-LUX On OCT. 19th and return LUX- IST- JFK OCT 30th.
It’s not a comment but rather an inquiry: My US passport expires this coming March 24, 2019. Will I be allowed to board the plane for my flight on November 6, 2018 from New York bound to Turkey for a 13 day tour and be flying back to New York on November 18, 2018. Just tried to change a ticket to another date. I have never been given such terrible service in my life. If this is how Turkish Airlines treats Turkish citizens who need to simply make a change, they should really be ashamed of themselves. They are charging him the cost of a new ticket to make a change in a few weeks due to a family illness. The “Representative” was rude and would not connect the call to a Supervisor because “that was not allowed”. We will not ever fly Turkish Air ever again!

Kept getting busy signal. Then finally got in, and was on hold for 20+mins and just hung up. Calling internationally (Africa) to try to rebook my cancelled flight back to US. Shouldn’t be this difficult.

I have been calling to change my flight. The line has been busy for different hours during the last 3 days. Maybe they did not pay for their telephone bill or they dont care about the customer. Turkish Airlines customer service has a lot to learn. That is not acceptable.
This airline legally stealing money and there will be nothing you can do about it. First they refused to issue a refund for flexible tickets. Then I was charged over 1200.00 for a change of dates, with a promise of to have a credit for a full amount. And finally, when I was ready to use it, the credit was only for original amount, only received money for one ticket, not the other. Fighting back to receive the money back for the second ticket, They will ask you to submit multiple useless feedbacks that will not resolve your issue. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

My sender is Univers Cargo S.R.L. sent a request to JFKCargo Turkish Airline with a request to confirm the acceptance of the dog at JFK New York Airport. The same request was sent by Cargo Turkish Airline Istanbul to JFKCargo Turkish Airline. Without confirmation of acceptance of the dog at JFK New York Airport, my shipper, Univers Cargo S.R.L., will not accept the dog for shipment. But JFKCargo Turkish Airline is not responding to inquiries. It’s impossible to get through on the phone. They don’t answer either. Tell me how to solve the issue? Who can influence JFKCargo Turkish Airline and get approval from them to accept a dog at JFK New York?
