It is embarrassing how impossible it is to get a hold of anyone at your office. We have email since Friday several times each day and have called at least a dozen phone numbers and nothing….how is your airline even operating with such horrendous service

My name is Dr. Pakisa K. Tshimika and I am leaving Fresno, (FAT) CA on 9 May 2021 on UA 5426 for Los Angeles (LAX) where I will be catching Turkish Airlines 10 for Istanbul. On 11 May I will catch Turkish Airlines 593 for Kinshasa, DR Congo. I have a mobility issues as well as some physical issues related to consequences of prostate cancer surgery.
These later require for me to use several medical supplies that I cannot always find outside North America and certain countries in Europe especially when traveling to Africa. I am also traveling on humanitarian trip to the Democratic Republic of Congo. I have a strong passion for serving in Africa in spite of my physical condition. As you might have noticed, I have already used your airline several times to travel to Kinshasa in the past.
During this trip, I have several suitcases I want to take for personal care as well as materials donated for a Conference Center and Guesthouse that my NGO, Mama Makeka House of Hope (www.mmhhope.org) is building in Kinshasa. The Center will provide the very much needed service and training in four main priorities: peacebuilding, global health, education, and leadership development. We want to be a strong support to the Congolese civil society and the churches.
As a result, I will most likely have 10 to 12 Rubbermaid trunks with me. I am writing to plead for your grace to allow me to take as many as possible not having to pay additional fees. Or, would you be kind enough to charge me only for a very few and for a very reduced rate?

Sir, we have a shipment on AWB 235-17415506 from LAX to BAH , shpt was handed over to the airlines on the 29th of June with an ETD of 3rd July and ETA BAH on 9th July. However we have no record of this cargo and the TK website also does not accept the awb we provided. Please let us know what the problem is , I have contacted your Turkey office and they have advised me to contact you in LAX.
