    Attached is my itinerary.

    I have an urgent request. The online system is not working properly and the customer service on the phone is incredibly rude and unhelpful.
    I need my ESA approved for flight on ticket #235-3117112923

    On November 14th I submitted and Emotional Support Animal Request at the same time I did my seat selection via online website. I did this at the sametime as I requested ESA for AviancaĀ“s flight.

    On November 17th:
    Avianca (connecting flight; see attached) already approved the ESA request. They said no more was needed, but asked me to follow-up with Turkish airlines.

    I called Turkish Airlines. The first lady was incredibly rude. Would not let me speak, yelled at me, spoke down to me and was the most rude customer service person I ever experienced in my life. She said she saw the request and that it was pending. She said I needed to go to the Turkish check-in to get it approved. She said electronic submission of documents was impossible and because of the terrible way she was speaking to me I had to disconnect as it was incredibly upsetting to me.

    I called Turkish Airlines get clarification on the best way to approve the ESA and submit the documents. Unlike the previous customer service lady, this one DID NOT SEE THE ESA REQUEST ANYMORE. THIS LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THE OTHER ONE DELETED IT BECAUSE SHE SAW IT IMMEDIATELY AND SAID IT WAS PENDING. This lady said there was nothing she could do, but said she resubmited the ESA request and could not guarantee approval in time. This is unacceptable. I submitted the request on Wednesday and I called to follow-up. THE ONLINE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HELPLESS. THIS IS NOT MY FAULT. This lady gave me your email address. She clarified there is no Turkish Airlines in Bogota! This is unfair and not right. I want this ESA letter approved immediATELY. I am submitting the documents electronically. I will look up every Turkish Airline contact number for help.

    Please note: I have travelled internationally with my ESA before and with no problems. Other airlines offer a way to submit documents electronically and they have knowledgable staff that gives thoroughly understands how to make the process as smooth as possible.

    Please help me. I leave tomorrow for the first part of the journey.

    I am traveling from New York to Iraq with the Turkish Airlines. I have a ONE WAY LAISSEZ PASSER (one way passport) issued from the Iraqi Consulate last week and valid for six months. Is it true that you do not allow Iraqi citizens to use that passport to go onboard even if they are only returning to their own country? I am going directly to Iraq, and I am not leaving the international zone at the airport in Istanbul. Please advise.

    Second time my husband and I were unable to use our credit card with Turkish Air to either book flights or upgrade our seats. The first time we booked a flight from Chicago to Berlin Nov. 26 and return Athens to Chicago Dec. 13, we got our tickets through Vayama. I called your customer service twice to pay for.seats with extra leg room (my husband has a bad back) and your automated system wouldn’t accept two of.our credit cards even though I confirmed with Capital One nothing is wrong with our cards.

    Just tried today to book flights for my husband and me for a flight from Chicago to Tel Aviv on your web site. Once again it wouldn’t accept our Capital One cards and your customer service dept. couldn’t help.

    To make matters worse, your Miles and Smiles office couldn’t sign us up when we returned from our first trip to Europe and when I tried to do it on your web site today for our trip to Israel. It doesn’t list our city, Northbrook Illinois, so it didn’t work.

    Your airlines has major glitches with your system, lus.your customer service is not helpful. which is a shame because we like flying with you.

    I have been trying to get assistance since 8pm last night. The Atlanta and nyc phone numbers are not answering! The 1800 number connects me to a call center and every one I talk to tells me some thing different every time . I was told to create a case number for immediate response up to 2h. I called again they said 7 days ! I donā€™t know who is telling the truth.Iā€™ve been up all night trying to get some help but looks like Turkish Airlines is not interested to help a passenger who needs critical help!     My reference # TK-1900104 #S1-3061823 my daughter Aisha and me Syed Yusuf send to customer service, CEO, General Manager and to the Turkish President letters that I cannot travel by Turkish Airlines because of bad heath condition giving two doctor’s letters with hospital records requesting for cancellation of mine and my wife tickets with either refund or a credit till the end of year that if my doctor allow then I can travel to Pakistan or to Turkey but there is no response. The only response earlier was was that you do not accept the doctor’s note or hospital record. Do you want me to go to FAA or other US agency to complaint that how air lines do not care for the sick patients recommended by my doctor and I am not feeling either. I am 72 yea old and my wife is 68 year old. Is there anyone to answer me back and resolve this issue. I was supposed to travel by 3/11/2019 but I did not go at all.

    I called the customer service million times and they canā€™t hear me nor I could hear them and the call keep braking up and half way thru hearing the ticket number they decided to hang up and make you call again. There serious issues with phone lines. Turkish airline is A big airline issues like this are make it seem unprofessional.

    Dear Sirs;
    This is our second request for the refund you offered us after you cancelled our trip and we would request that you send payment immediately.

    As the attached documents confirm, we bought two round trip tickets from Boston to Istanbul on January 31st of 2020 for travel on September 24th for a total of $1,978.10 (see attachment 1).

    On July 24th we received notice of cancellation of the flight (see attachment 2) and on July 25th we received a letter from Halit D., Customer Representative of your Customer Contact Center offering us a cash refund by selecting the “Standard Refund” link (page 2 of attachments 3 and 4) which we did that day.

    Since that time, over 3 months ago, we have been waiting for the refund which your letter promised in 2 to 7 days. We have repeatedly called and written emails and have received no response.

    This email will serve as a 30 Day Demand Letter which under the Consumer Protection Act, Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 93A allows consumers to take legal action against deceptive conduct by travel companies. Massachusetts is one of a few US states that has specific laws that guarantee consumers refunds in addition to credits and we intend to take action if necessary.

    I have purchased a flight with reservation number SLLVT5 a two-way ticket from Dallas to Kathmandu departing on MAY 11 2021 and return on 16 June. I took this flight after I called customer care about the destination and date and they mentioned it I was provided 2 baggage and further, I checked the link for baggage tool with the same information which stated 2 baggage as in the picture that I am going to attach with this email.

    Now, I got the ticket which says 1 bag and 1 carry. I called customer care and posted feedback numerous time and I want to be clear about it and get myself a flight which will provide me 2 baggage with 1 extra baggage allowance.

    If I was not misinformed by the Turkish customer service representative that I had only one baggage then I wouldn’t have purchased this ticket in the first place so it is not my responsibility to pay the difference I was not informed. And I was ok with 50-100$ but the baggage says 250$.

    There is no point in paying 250$ for an added baggage where I paid 1300$ and if it cost me 1550$ for baggage and I know its only one way and I have to pay 250$ to return back it will cost me another 250$.

    It would be better to take Emirates with 2 baggage for 1600$. Please provide me the head office email and contact information with a possible solution. This feedback is taking too much than expected. If that is the case and I am not able to get my baggage I am able to pay 100$ extra for a 23 kg baggage and that is about it. I donā€™t know put me on a different flight different day where I can get two baggage, where I can take two luggage change date and route but I want 2 baggage with me adding not more that I know my consumer right and you guys will be sued for false information if that is the case. I want my full refund. At all cost contact me with the supervisor or someone who is in Incharge.

    This is insane and my final courtesy email before I file a lawsuit for false information. It is your customer care on the calling responsibility to provide the right information if they are unsure about the information they should not have said I am allowed 2 baggage with the flight I was booking and consulted with someone who knew the information before letting the information pass.
