Over the last week I have repeatedly phoned the flight booking number. It is always engaged.
The reason for my call is that I understand THY offer special rates for pensioners, but the flight must be booked over the phone.
As I am unable to delay booking any longer, as flight cost are going up/we may find tat there are not any available seats, I have booked online earlier this morning.
Very unpleasant experience. Due to coronavirus I wanted to change my destination from Thailand to any other destination in the world as UK government are advising only travel if it is necessary but they are failing to understand and trying to charge all five of us ridiculous amount of money. It feels like we are forced to go to Thailand. Very very bad will never travel with this airline again.
I have not asked to cancel tickets or changed the dates but only thing I have asked is to change country from Thailand to any other destination but Turkish Airlines are not being helpful at all. We are very disappointed.
Absolutely useless. I booked a ticket with Turkish airlines via their website. They charged me £323.16 for a flight which was scheduled to depart from Birmingham airport on 1/7/20 The numbers displayed on this website do not work. When you call the number it just makes a beeping noise and the line cuts off. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for a week now. They rescheduled my flight twice and then cancelled it without any notice. I have emailed them numerous times with an automated response. This is so frustrating. I won’t be flying with them ever again.

I would advise you to get a refund rather than the voucher. I have been dealing with them to use the voucher for over 8 months, with zero results!
I received an answer yesterday asking me to call the call centres again, I did and after inputting all my information and miles and smiles number said they can not do the transaction at this moment and told me to put another request in! I am going around in circles.
I have tried contacting Birmingham sales office to be told up put a request in!
Are flights actually going from Birmingham? Could I change be flights to Gatwick?

Turkish airlines, please reply to my multiple messages on messenger, Facebook page and through your request system, tried loads of times to change my cancelled flight myself (like to add it’s the out going one as the incoming one has not been cancelled, I need to get there to be able to come back!!!!) keep getting error bos 29106 on website, app and even if I go through incognito mode!!! I am even willing to move my complete flights to Gatwick, I would lose approximately £300 but am still willing to do this, I had my May flights cancelled for 6 of us and I didn’t ask for refund, I was trying to do my best for you and take evouchers for next year, please do the best for me.
