      Hi, please can you advise if I am initialled to a refund on my return flight ticket for myself and my partner.
      This happened when we were due to fly back from Istanbul to Stansted Airport on the 22nd December 2020.
      Uk government stopped all flights entering
      the uk. This was the reason for the cancellation .

    Service not available on any of the phones in the UK. My itinerary was changed. When I try approving changes in the mobile app, it tells me to call turkish airlines. Then i call the airline, the automated message tells me to use the mobile app. There is no way to contact the airline.
    This is quite surprising now that most people work remotely, THY has decided that they would not provide any call centre services.

    The most dreadful experience with Turkish airlines. Tried for two weeks to book tickets for my parents to travel with our two small dogs in the cabin. I was told repeatedly that there were no flights available that could take the two dogs together. Finally, we were able to find a flight that would accept the two dogs into the cabin together, and received an email conformation that the dogs were secured. I called back on a whim to double check, and was told that none of my pets have been confirmed, and that already it was impossible to take them on board with me. How is it possible, that an airline sends out confirmation emails when nothing is confirmed? It is completely unprofessional and denies all logic. I am so incredibly frustrated, and will never EVER be flying with them again.
