Iam writing to you here according to the delay of the flight No,TK 681 with ticket no, 235-1352571407 , from Khartoum – Sudan to Istanbul dated 29.07.2017 the delay was in Khartoum and was about 2 and halv hours , and because of this delaying I lost my next flight from Istanbul to Stockholm which made me loosing my other flight from Stockholm to Bergen .
and all that made to to pay all the costs from Stockholm to Bergen via Oslo and other costs of busses and trains and food .
I had a contact with my insurance company and they demanded me to bring a written document from Turkish airlines explaining the reason of delaying , so I would like to ask you to grant me that document in order to pay me back all costs that I expended

On arrival to Alanya airport we found that the flight was cancelled,
and we was bussed ti Antalya Airport. This led to that we misser our connection flight from
Oslo to Kristiansund at 1300 hrs 16.1917 and we have to bay new tickets.
My Insurance Company demands me to provide the reason for cancellation that led to this.

Jeg har prøvd å ringe Turkish Airlines avdeling Oslo på telefon 004780040849 men blir satt videre automatisk til Tyrkia. Min kone reiste fra Oslo lufthavn Gardermoen til Tehran Khomeini flyplass i Iran 18.03.2019 med Turkish Airlines. Når hun ankommer flyplassen i Iran, så kommer ingen av bagasjene hennes frem. Hun rapporterte det på flyplassen og venter nå på om koffertene blir funnet eller ikke. Akkurat nå sitter hun uten noe ekstra klær og sine nødvendige verdisaker som hun skal ha, i tillegg til at hun hadde reist for å delta i sin søsters bryllup og sitter nå uten klær sko og nødvendige saker som hun skal bruke. Dermed må hun nå før bryllupet bruke ekstra penger på å kjøpe sko, klær, smykker osv for å komme seg til bryllupet. Dette er en situasjon Turkish Airlines har ført til, og har ført til at vi må bruke ekstra penger på grunn av at Turkish Airlines ikke har gjort jobben sin. I have tried to call the Turkish Airlines department in Oslo on telephone 004780040849 but will be automatically forwarded to Turkey. My wife traveled from Oslo airport Gardermoen to Tehran Khomeini airport in Iran on 18.03.2019 With Turkish Airlines. When she arrives in Iran airport, none of her baggage arrived. She reported it at the airport and is now waiting for the suitcases to be found or not. Right now she sits without any extra clothes and her necessary valuables to wear, as well as having traveled to attend her sister’s wedding and is now without clothes and necessary items to wear. Thus, before the wedding, she must spend extra money buying shoes, clothes, jewelry, etc. to get to the wedding. This is a situation that Turkish Airlines has led to, and has led us to spend extra money because Turkish Airlines has not done its job. I now want to be contacted by telephone from a Norwegian speaking person from Turkish Airlines and give me an explanation for this.

the plane was delayed for about 2 hours from norway to istanbul lost My fly from turkey to afghanistan then overnight we there i paid 30 doullers for visa and i paid 35 douller for food and i lost wedding party because of that flight we should be there the day after now i want you guys to pay back the whole the amount I paid for the fly flash and the money I paid for visem and food in turkey if they needs documentes i will send you.

I payed the booking company (travel2be) the amount with my visacard. (flightdate and time: 15.03.2022, 08.25 from Kabul to Istanbul with flightnumber TK0707. Change flight in Istanbul for Oslo, Norway. (reservationcode S3IP87)
On february the 16th I got a messenge from Tyrkish airlines that the flight from Kabul was cancelled without any reason given.
I would therefore ask for returning the amount I payed back to my bankaccount as soon as possible or a garantee for the same flight with your company later i the month of march (same route).
