    Worst experience ever. Bag delayed at CDG airport, airport staff promised to send PIR to my email and SMS me. Never received any email or SMS whatsoever. Customer services in Paris did not pick up the phone for 3 days. Customer services in Spain are rude and unprofessional with very poor level of English language. In the end PIR was captured with incorrect surname and I am unable to retrieve it. Much needed for my private Travel insurance company!!!!!!!!

    Lost my luggage while travelling with Vueling from Gatwick London to Paris CDG. Luggage was already misplaced upon checkin at Gatwick when I was issued a wrong boarding pass under a wrong name. I was told to check for my bad at the boarding gate but didnt get my bag and was convinced by the staff at the gate to board the flight and my luggage will reach Paris too. But I have not got my bag until today which the PIR report is of no use and the Vueling customer service is so terrible and rude. No help is given and no updates are provided about tracking my luggage. Few days back, Vueling emailed me saying that my report of Loss Baggage lodged at Paris CDG airport was only a Courtesy report and I am not entitled to claim any compensation for the loss of my bag.!!

    Ref: KY4RUS CDG – LGW 19 April. When I booked this flight I noticed that my name was the wrong way round, probably by autofill. It is First Name: Sinead, Last Name: Lejars. It says on your website that I could change this by contacting your customer service. But there is no-one to speak to at your customer service. I have tried the French, English and Spanish numbers and just get an automated service that does not address this problem. Could you please get back to me? I don’t know if this is the way you take the booking with surname first or if it is an error that could impact on my boarding the plane.

    Our trip on the Ritz-Carlton Yacht for May 17, 2022 to May 26, 2022 traveling from Barcelona to Marseille was cancelled and moved to August 2022, however we can not go and the Ritz-Carlton people refunded my money. Therefore I need to cancel our flight for my wife and me (Michael J Paul & Sally Ann Hayes-Paul). The one way flight is departing Marseille to Barcelona (Confirmation #WYHFQY). Original flight flight was leaving Marseille at 18:05 and arriving in Barcelona at 19:20. I believe the flight number is VY1509. I would like to get my money refunded since my trip was cancelled. What do you need from me? If this is not the right area to post this for let me know where I should go or please forward this email to the right person and department. Thank you very much.
