The airlines has changed my original flight time, why would I get charged by selecting a different flight time on the same day?

Today, the 5th of May, I flew from Dubrovnic to Rome with my Wife.
At the Check in Counter, I was told there appeared to be 2 bookings in our names.
I rang your Customer Service before departure, but was told there was nothing they could do, but suggested I contact Vueling when I got to Rome, and at least my taxes and fees could be returned.
After further investigation of what happened, I made the initial booking on 26 April, filed it, and then forgot about it!
The Booking numbers were: Z6U6TR, and GEMQRT.
So then I booked it again on about the 22nd of May. ( Yes, I am an idiot! )
I am surprised that your system allowed the 2nd booking with identical passport details and email address.
Anyway, is it possible that I can get any refund for anything???

Hello. You cancelled my flights in April (Amsterdam to Rome return). I asked for a refund via the email that you sent to me. You have sent me a credit note. I don’t want it, I want a refund. It is absolutely impossible to get through on the phone which you requested I do if I want a refund. Please take this message as my request for a refund.

I bought a ticket for coming August from Rome to Split, and Vueling cancelled the flight and put me on a roundabout flight that would take nearly 12 hours instead of 1 hour 15 min. There is a direct flight later on on the same day, but there is no way to change the booking via the Vueling site, the Vueling app and Customer Support that tthe site tells to contact is unreachable – it only sends you back to the web site. This takes away trust one could have for Vueling. If the are managing airplane maintenance as they are managing Customer Services it would be better not to board their airplanes!

I purposely chose vueling over easyjet to fly to paris.
Purposely paid for a ticket that was twice the price to benefit from the checked bags.
My sons toy piano was not permitted as a checked bag. So, even though I anticipated this problem and bought two with bag allowance, we ended up in a fight I did all I could to avoid.
So my two checked bags bought to accommodate the toy Piano went unused. And I was forced to pay 55eur to but the toy Piano in the hold.
So after purposely choosing this airline and doing all I could to avoid this foreseen problem, it happened anyway.
As a reference, this toy piano has been accepted on three flights made prior with Swiss.

Vueling has misplaced my 2 checked in bags and they are not even able to trace them in Barcelona where their headquarter is based. Its a shame for the airline and there is no response on phone or email. No help from the airline. Never trust Vueling with checked in luggage, now many people have spoken up about the same issue of missing bags when flying with Vueling.
