Appalling, they’re charging £1.10 per minute and left me hanging on indefinitely, no resolution – I’ve lost expensive baggage and they couldn’t give a hoot. I’m making a note to avoid them like the plague in future. Never fly with these people, if you lose baggage you’ll spend more trying to get it back than the grand the luggage was worth in the first place.
