How to get a certificate that Air India has no flight to a particular destination?
getting a connection to airindia phone line for cancellation or reschedule a ticket is never possible. they set a timing for hold on for 10 minutes, 5 minutes etc. I tried to contact them since morning till 12:30 hours, i could not talk to them. extremely stressful. under compulsion we travel by air india.
It is very shame full for Airindia kolkata office I am trying since last 4 days to get contact with kolkata office but no one is picking up I put this in tutor and Facebook when I go back to Germany I am an old man of 78 years old and it will be painful for me to go to their office

My ward is supposed to attend Master’s degree in Bordeaux, France this month. Kolkata (CCU) to Bordeaux (BOD) flight fares not mentioning baggage allowance. As he is to travel on Student Long stay visa, there should be some luggage in initial trip. Please clarify at earliest to facilitate booking.
Trying to enroll in Frequent Flyer Milage Program. Called several times. Always hold more than one hour. Today April 29th, 21, hold was exactly 2 hours, but noone answered. Tried thru online. Very complicated. Documents need to be uploaded, getting rejeccted with the reason as Oversized. Email address was not accpeted, saying duplicate. Always my husband insists me to take Air India.
