How to change flight date / name / postpone / cancel the booked flight in FLYONE Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in FLYONE:
Through FLYONE Airline My bookings section, you can change of flight time and date / passenger name / cancel the flight.
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://flyone.eu/en/How-to-book/MyBookings
- Go to the “My bookings” section, select what you want to change.
- Changes can be made up to 4 hours before the flight.
- Login with email id and password (or)
- Login with Facebook or Google account
- Click “Log in”
- Enter the booking code, first name, last name
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
- Pay the required fee if applicable.
To Change name in FLYONE Airlines:
- Go to FLYONE MyBookings and change the passenger name.
- Changes can be made up to 4 hours before the flight.
Fee: 60 EURO per flight (Fee may subject to change)
How to get refund from FLYONE airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Go to “My Bookings” and Click ‘request a refund’
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
Through FLYONE Service Centre / Call Centre
- If you cannot request a refund online, you can call the customer care number
- Your request will be processed manually by the Lufthansa customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a FLYONE flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
*Partially used tickets, taxes and fees will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
