How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Air Astana Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Air Astana:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can view Flight Details, Fares, Fare Conditions and Taxes; change flight details in your booking, select seats, and order special meals. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date.
- Visit https://airastana.com/global/en-us/Book-Manage/Manage/Manage-My-Booking
- Enter the surname, booking reference
- Click “Next”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
- You can also change your booking at your local Air Astana offices.
How to get refund from Air Astana airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://airastana.com/kaz/en-us/Book-Manage/Manage/Online-Refund
- Go to “My Bookings” and Click ‘request a refund’ under Flight details
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Refund can only be credited to the card used to make the online purchase.
- Refunds are issued in accordance with fare conditions.

- If you cannot request a refund online, you can fill the form here
- Enter the booking reference, date of purchase
- Enter the passenger name
- Click ‘Submit’
- You can also call the Air Astana Call Centre at +7 (727) 244 44 77, send an e-mail to call.centre@airastana.com or contact your local Air Astana office.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a Air Astana flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
*Partially used tickets, taxes and fees will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
