How to change flight date / name / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Aeroméxico Connect?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Aeroméxico Connect:
Through Aeroméxico Connect Manage your trip section, you can change of flight time and date / passenger name / cancel the flight.
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://aeromexico.com/en-us/change-flight
- Go to the “Manage your trip” section, enter your booking code and last name.
- Click con “Customize” and then select “Change your flight”.
- Choose the portion you wish to modify
- Enter a new origin, destination, or date
- Select any of the available flights
- Confirm the submission.
- Pay the required fee if applicable.
How to get refund from Aeroméxico Connect for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Bookings purchased directly from Aeroméxico Connect can be cancelled and refunded through Manage your trip.
- For any changes made in your fully and/or partially-used booking, fare rules will apply.
- Aeromexico provides 24 hours to cancel the ticket without paying any cancellation charges. It is applicable when you cancel the ticket within 24 hours of purchasing. If you cross this period, then you have to pay a cancellation fee.
- Though cancellation charges vary from person to person and the timing of cancellations..
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
Through Aeroméxico Connect Service Centre / Call Centre
- If you cannot request a refund online, you can call the customer care number
- Your request will be processed manually by customer service person.

Through travel agent
- If you have booked a Aeroméxico Connect flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
