We received email cancelled flight from Incheon to Bangkok date 15 July 2021 flight TG657 time 10.20 AM arrival 14.20 PM. How can we do on our ticket.

Hello, I bought ticket from Seoul to Islamabad on 11th of September. Thai airline cancelled my flight on 12th of September. I have applied for the refund on 14th of September. Thai acknowledged my request of refund, However, I still did not get the refund. I am a student and I have to pay back the credit card loan. It’s been 50 days since I applied for the refund.
I tried to call , email Thai Seoul office, but there is no response. Such a non-professional people. No one bother to pick the call or reply by email.
