How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Japan Airline?
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.jal.co.jp/jp/en/
- Select “Manage bookings” under “Flights & Services”
- Select if you are travelling on Domestic or International Flights.
- For Non-JMB Member, enter your Flight number, First/last name, boarding date, reservation number
- For JMB Member, enter your membership number/password and Login
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Japan airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- For Domestic Flights, visit here for your refunds.
- For International Flights, visit here for your refunds.
- Go to “Flights & Services” and Click ‘Changes and cancellations’
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Click “Submit”.
Through Japan Call Centre
- You can contact JAL Domestic Reservation and Information Desk
- Your request will be processed manually by the JAL customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have purchased tickets via non-JAL websites or travel agencies, please contact them for a refund.
