How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in China Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in China:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.china-airlines.com/us/en/booking/manage-booking
- Go to “Booking Inquiry/Change flight” under Manage Booking
- Enter the Reservation/E-ticket Number, passenger last/first name
- Click “Next”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission

How to get refund from China airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://calec.china-airlines.com/RefundPortal
- Go to “My Bookings” and Click ‘Refund Tickets’
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
Through China Airlines Call Centre
- For any changes on partially used tickets, return tickets or tickets with multiple segments, re-routings and cancellations, you can contact China Airlines Call Center, downtown ticketing office or airport ticketing counter
- You can contact China Customer service: 00 886 2 412 9000
- Enter the China airlines ticket number, booking reference
- Enter the passenger name
- Click ‘Submit’
- Your request will be processed manually by the China airlines customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a China airlines flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for refund.
