  Hi,
  I was trying to contact customer care to ask what is the maximum INCHES of TV we can hand carry but unfortunately no one is picking up my calls.

  My questions:
  > Can we hand carry 55 inches TV?
  > If not, since we did not get any discount from getting 3 tickets, will you able to consider us to bring it with us, with Free of COST?
  > If not, how much will be the charge?
  > Our baggage is only 30kg per head, can we ask for additional with Free of Cost?

  I purchase 3 tickets on December 17, 2018 at 21:40. Please find details below;

  I sent email to reservations@thaiairways.ae for my booking cancellation Reference number QV9894 Dubai to Manila due COVID 19. Email sent 16/03/2020 , no reply till now.

  I called many times Dubai office but no one is picking up my calls.

    Hi Mark, same situation with me and my wife. We sent an email request for refund last 11 March 2020. No reply received till now. Just wanted to get idea from you if yours has been processed already and what steps you have taken for them to finally respond to you. Thanks.

      hi, good day..i would just wanted to check if u were able to reach thai airways and what is the correct number. i was trying to get refund for airticket for 3 people from an agency and they claim that they are waiting for a
      response from thai airways.

  Am trying to reach the Dubai Office and no one answers the call. I had cancelled my ticket Dubai to Hanoi in February. They confirmed the cancellation and said the amount would be refunded in 30 to 60 days….but to date, the amount has not been credited. No one seems to respond.

  You had cancelled my flight wout prior notice, you had have neglected many phone calls, emails, and requests,
  You never stop publishing open flights and like me i paid for my flight upon collecting my fees you cancelled , same flighy still piblished open for passengers to book, kindly revert back for the inconvinience you had caused the same.
