Canada Jetlines Checked Baggage Allowance

• The maximum weight of Checked baggage is 23kg.
• The maximum dimension not exceed 157cm.

Cabin Baggage

• Passenger will be allowed one (1) piece of cabin baggage which combined must fit within the maximum dimensions
• No single piece or combination of pieces should exceed 22lb/10kg
• If cabin baggage will not fit into the sizing device
• if the item will not fit into the template mounted in front of the x-ray machines it is considered too big and must be checked as checked baggage

One of the following small personal items will be accepted in addition to the above cabin baggage allowance:

Checked Bag Fees

Fare types allow up to 2 free bags. In general, checked bag fees and dimension are as follows:

1. How to get a refund for prepaid checked baggage fees?

Pre-paid baggage fees are refundable in the event of a flight cancellation.

2. Is there a fee for a carry on or personal item?

Guests can bring 1 item of carry-on baggage and 1 personal item for no fee on Canada Jetlines flights, provided they meet the following size requirements:

• One item of carry-on baggage 53 cm x 23 cm x 38 cm
• One personal item 41 cm x 15 cm x 33 cm
• No single piece of or combination of pieces should exceed 22 lb./ 10 kg.

3. How many carry on bags can I bring on my flight?

To bring one piece of carry-on luggage and one personal item on board. One of the following personal items will be accepted in addition to the carry-on baggage allowance:

1. One briefcase
