    Please I have tried booking my ticket from accra to Amsterdam on the 08 of April to 08 of May but anytime I get to the payment side I don’t have the type of payment to effect, in that case I don’t get the reservation code to pay at the office or bank for my ticket so please help me as in what to do so I pay to have my ticket through the online reservation.     I bought a ticket in your Accra office with the card details of my host to enable me travel to France which was rejected at the embassy with the explanation that the requirement is reservation so i had the ticket camcelled and subsequently took a reservation to the embassy for the visa. to my amazement, no refund has been made to the account of my host. Ticket office in Accra, wake-up.

    I cant choose a seat, even though on your website, they have stated that 28seats are left for the DOU SEATS . All the seats are unavailable and yet they claim 28 seats are still available. My ticket reference is RH2U2V. I have been on the phone for over 20 minutes and i haven’t been attended to. Sadly i have go off. Very frustrating !! Reference is on AF584
