impossible d’appeler, ça coupe toujours apres 2 minutes…
The worst service I have ever experienced. Air Farce knew that we checked in to our flight schedule from Barranquilla to Bogota and from there to Frankfurt via Paris and saw that the flight from Barranquilla arrived a touch late but still more than 70min before departure to Paris, they have apparently closed the gate early. We were there right at the moment at 0.55 A.M. The staff was ignorant and arrogant; prob. just wanted to get home. We were booked on business seats and the truth is that they just needed na excuse because sold our ticket without compensation to someone else.
An absolute nightmare followed – WORST AIRLINE 2021 – The WINNER is AIR FARCE, formerly known as Air France.
