Worst possible service. Dealing with the AirFrance Armenia office, be aware that some do not know what they do. An employee of Airfrance Armenia by the name of Karakhanyan Anna, to show her power, decided not to allow my mother on a flight to Montreal. It was stipulated by wrong documents issued by CIS (Canada Immigration Service). We called CIS in Canada, and they were shocked how their official document was rejected. This is outrageous. That miserable employee does not know what she is doing and how many things she broke with her cheap “power” demonstration.
Air France Yerevan office customer care center is impossible to call. It is impossible to guess how to call +374 60 612277 or +374 60 612288. Impossible to guess with or without the initial 60. Without 60 the first # does not exist and the second has nothing to do with Air France.
I’m using Air France for my trips to Montreal (Yerevan-Paris-Montreal or vice-versa).
I’m interested in the following question. If I have more than one suitcase to check in with summary weight more than 23 kilo, Can I check in both suitcases after paying the necessary amount?
