    Dear Sir / mam ,

    This is to inform you that I have booked my flights (Air India )From Jeddah to Mumbai roundtrip from Budgetair.com .
    At the same time I Received confirmation and e ticket by email from budgetair.com.
    When i want to manage my booking through Air india web site , only one passenger details (Yesha Ankit Modi) are available on web site my infant (Zeehan Ankit Modi) details are not available.
    even though i have E ticket number for both passengers.

    Details not available for below passenger at Air india web site.

    Sir,
    Kindly arrange a ticket on 14th may for Jeddah to Kochi flight as am 31 week pregnant and trapped in adham, which is 450km away from Jeddah.
    I have got my visa and medical certificate however, I didn’t get my ticket.i contacted air India office and they said my name is not included in the list.later , I contacted embassy.
    Kindly arrange a ticket as I cannot travel after 6days and here vivid cases are increasing.
    Please help me get a ticket.

    I, Fehmeeda begum with Passport Number _______________ and Ticket/Boarding _______________ has arrived to Jeddah from Hyderabad on 17 of April 2022 . On arrival i did not get by baggage.Though, I complaint to Jeddah airport People and still since 4 days there is no response from anyone. Though, I called many times they are not lifting my Phone calls and no response from them.

    Kindly, I request you to take this matter seriously, as I lost my luggage and i have important items in it.
