  • The Kuwait Airways Lost and Found section will be offering this service.
  • The Passenger should book this service through the Kuwait Airways website & Mobile application only.
  • If any modifications on the Baggage Delivery service should be done prior to 12hours before departure in Kuwait.

How to Book the Baggage Delivery Services in Kuwait Airways?

  1. Visit: https://www.kuwaitairways.com/en/baggage-delivery-form
  2. Enter your ‘Booking Reference’ and ‘Last name’
  3. Click ‘Search’.

    Good morning. I was a passenger at flight 418 from Manila to Kuwait, today, July 27.
    And I forgot to claim my stroller/walker and left the airport with the rest of my luggage.
    I have been trying to call your office in the airport but no one would respond.
    Pls. advise where I can claim this within today or tomorrow. My phone no. is

    I want to carry 49″ (inch) TV as check in baggage from Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) to Ahmedabad (India)

    Dimension of box is 119 x 76 x 66 cm (Total running 211 cm)

    Can it be taken as oversized baggage within my check-in baggage limit with extra charge for oversized baggage? What will be the extra charge for this?

    Please revert at the earliest so that I can book ticket

    Hello ! I have a friend coming from Kuwait to India and his hand baggage already weighs 7 kgs . I need to get a parcel weighing 5.5 kgs from there urgently . I can’t travel now . Is there a way out ? I am ready to pay extra because this parcel can only be brought as hand baggage . Please help at the earliest.
