- Kuwait Airways is introducing Home Check-in Service at Kuwait for Royal and First Class travelling to any destination except New York (JFK).
- This service needs to be booked minimum 48 hours prior to departure.
- Any modifications / cancellation on the Home Check-in form should be done minimum 48 hours prior to departure.

Le 20 décembre 2017, j’ai réservé deux billets sur les vols n° KU 168 et KU 363 au départ de Paris, France et à destination de Colombo, Sri Lanka. Les numéros de réservation sont les suivants : F92798916, au nom de Diane Barbier et F92800331 au nom d’Elie Machecourt. Les numéros de billets sont 2295693776537 et 2295693776539.
Le vol devait décoller le 19/02/2018 à 13h30 et arriver le 20/02/2018 à 09h50. Il a cependant fait l’objet d’une annulation de votre part, annulation dont je n’ai été informée que le 6 février 2018 à 18h54. Votre compagnie ne m’a proposé qu’un autre vol avec 20h de correspondance supplémentaire que nous avons considéré comme une heure beaucoup trop éloignée de l’horaire initialement prévu pour le vol annulé. Je vous avons communiqué mon souhait d’annulation dans les délais impartis et je suis donc en droit de réclamer le remboursement de mes billets à savoir : 1 049,06€ Nous avons fait plusieurs relance auprès de l’agence de voyage Tripsta qui nous assure que c’est votre compagnie qui ne les a pas encore remboursé.
Selon la réglementation européenne, outre le remboursement du prix des billets, soit 1049.06€, que vous devez me verser, vous devez verser une indemnité forfaitaire de 600€ par billet (trajet de plus de 1500km), soit 1200€. Ce qui fait un total de 2249.06€ qui sera sujet à des indemnités de retard en cas de paiement tardif.
Ces problématiques renvoient une image de votre compagnie qui n’est pas professionnelle et encore moins de confiance. Sans réponse de votre part, nous n’hésiterons pas à partager cette escroquerie sur tous les réseaux sociaux.
