I have been travelling from Addis Ababa to Dakar through Ethiopian Airlines on 28 July, 2017 where my baggage was lost & informed at the airport only.

I am Durairaj Dhanapal from Pudukkottai Dist ,tamil nadu -India, recently AUGUST 26 th ET601 9.P.M mumbai flight , i handover two luggage and one hand bag , but in mumbai i got only two luggage , i am not get my hand bag , i lost my certificate and mobiles and some valuable watches, already i give complaint in ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES BAGGAGE CLAIM CENTRE, kindly take action and returm my bag very soon.

Myself Manuel. Coordinating on behalf of Newaco Grupo. One of our company employee Mr. Deepan Pradhan (Passport No – J8707280) has arrived in Luanda on 04th Nov 2018 from Mumbai. His luggage was missing at the time when he arrived in Luanda. The said had been complained to the baggage lost and found department at Luanda airport on the same day itself.
After few days on 14th Nov we have received his luggage from the airport. But regret to say that some of the items are missed from his luggage. One newly purchased apple watch (Series 3) had been stolen from inside the bag. It was packed as a separate packet in the luggage (Sealed courier from Fedex). But when we opened his luggage, found the watch was missing. Only the courier box was found from his bag. Theft has happened in between the travel. The said watch cost is $360. There are few other items are also missed from his luggage including few pair of cloths and chocolate boxes. The same incident had been already reported to the Luanda airport authorities and the Ethiopian airlines Luanda on 15th Nov.
Till date we have not received any comments or answers from the Ethiopian airlines regarding this theft which has happened during his journey from his luggage. We will make you liable for the value loss which has happened to our employee. As you are a good airline services we are not expecting this types of incidents from Ethiopian airlines. Hence at this moment we request you to kindly please reply us regarding the progress of your investigations of this incident. We are expecting your replies as early as possible.

I am coming back from Jeddah airport to Addis Abbaba and fro there to Cape Town International. I would like to inquire what the maximum baggage size as well as weight limits will be for this trip please.

N my final destination was Edinburgh Scotland however during my final destination I couldn’t get my baggage only to be told the bag is in Stockholm Sweden people from Edinburgh tired to track it about till now I haven’t received my bag
