We travelled from Addis Ababa via Ndolu land at 1415 on Saturday 5 Jan 19. One of our group had a blue North Face bag missing, his name is Nick Lloyd, we have been trying to get hold of the airport in blantyre but we cannot find out if the bag has turned up.

This morning, I sent emails via one of your websites to the Ethiopian Airlines Blantyre and airport offices to confirm my booking from Blantyre to Addis Ababa (Thur, 28 March 2019, Flight ET875) then on to Singapore Fri, 29 March 2019,, Flight ET638). I thought I would receive a quick response but still have not. However, I am not surprised. In my experience, the people manning the offices are quite unhelpful. THey do not seem to be mindful of customer care and can be quite rude to enquiring customers.
I have tried all numbers of Blantyre as well as Lilongwe offices… But nobody receiving call on any number..
