Greetings!
Yesterday I had a flight from Amman airport to Larnaca, Cyprus, with Royal Jordanian Airways.
Flight: RJ5133
Time: 15:25
Before the flight I was in the Boarding Gates area, Gate 130, and I also spent some time having a snack at the Starbucks nearby.
When I checked in through the gate and entered the plane I realised I forgot behind my hand luggage. It was a Kipling sac voyage like the one below, not exactly the same as this, navy blue colour.
Immediately after I went to my seat, 7H, I told the flight attendant that I forgot behind my luggage and although I believe there was enough time he did not allow me to go back nor did he act immediately. After 15-20 min he called me and I spoke to a ground staff about it. He took a picture of my boarding pass and then we left.
I felt very disappointed.
I wonder whether it was reported as found.
In the luggage I had clothes and a brand-new pair of shoes that I bought at the airport, all worth about 700 USD.

My booking with Royal Jordanian is SD9ZZ2. Today at 3.22 pm my wife who is also traveling with me called the Royal Jordanian office In Nicosia to ask for confirmation of itinerary. A lady responded that was not polite at all and asked my wife where we bought the ticket from. When my wife said that we bought the tickets from the internet she became very rude, refused to help and said to my wife to go and search in the internet for the answers. I felt very disappointed as I would never expect this sort of treatment.
Please inform me whether you consent to this way of treatment of your customers and whether you would take any measures for it to stop.
