I keep calling trying to reserve two seats but just keeping waiting on hold for what seems like forever then when someone does answer the phone they give me another number to call and I repeat the same waiting and waiting while listening to an old worn out recording. I just want to reserve two seats but after waiting an hour I have to give up. Lousy customer service.
I tried to contact to Air China Airport office in Washington DC by calling them so many times and could not reach as I wanted. I wasted my time!!!
